Northeast Wisconsin Jr. Gamblers AAA Hockey

The Green Bay Jr. Gamblers are pleased to offer its families the opportunity to purchase SCRIP as an easy way to earn money to help pay for their skater’s hockey registration fee. Instead of using cash, check or credit to pay for your groceries, restaurants, clothes, gas, etc. use SCRIP to buy gift cards and 80% of the discount from your order is credited to your skater’s account at the end of the season. Get your family and friends to buy SCRIP from you to increase your credit. 

Plus, now with the KWIK Trip Discount Program, which features a 10% discount on KWIK Trip gift cards, Jr. Gambler families can significantly save on their skater fees when they fill up at the pump for those weekend game trips or grab some road snacks and Gatorades! For each $100 in Kwik Trip gift cards that you purchase through our SCRIP program, your family’s account will be credited $8.

All orders are due the 1st and 15th of each month.  Delivery will be 1-2 weeks later.

1.      Fill out a paper order form. Submit the order form and check to the SCRIP Coordinator by the due date. ** Please provide your e-mail address on the order form to receive order confirmation and distribution information. 

2.      Order online at www.shopwithscrip.com (you must have an email address to order online)

a.       You are required to create a shop-with-scrip account

                                            i.            Student Name – please enter your child’s name

                                          ii.            Teacher Name/Classroom – please enter your child’s birth year, team level and minor/major

                                        iii.            In order for your credits to apply to Jr. Gamblers (Northeast Wisconsin Hockey) you will be given an enrollment number from your scrip coordinator to enter into your account.

b.      Kwik Trip – if ordering Kwik Trip gift cards, note percentages. Be sure to order the gift cards listed as Jr. Gamblers with 10% (not the 9%).

1.      Submit a check to the SCRIP Coordinator by the due date. Please make checks payable to NEW Hockey Association. We cannot accept any other forms of payment. 

2.      Presto Pay (online orders only)

a.       You will need to set up your bank routing number and account number.

b.      There will also be a $0.39 surcharge per transaction.

c.       If your payment is returned or rejected for any reason, families will owe the face value (full amount) of your order plus a bank charge of $30.00 which is payable directly to the Green Bay Jr. Gamblers. 

Please note if you are ordering online, there are certain gift cards that are reloadable. You may reload these gift cards at anytime if you use Presto pay. Please note that none of the Kwik Trip gift cards are reloadable.

You will pay face value for any SCRIP (gift cards) you purchase and 80% of the discount, from your order, will be credited to your skater’s registration fee.

Example:   If you order a $50 Applebee’s gift card, Applebee’s gives us 8% ($4.00) back. Of that $4 – 80% ($3.20) will be credited to your skater’s registration fee and 20% ($0.80) will go to the association to pay for shipping charges and other expenses.

Family accounts will be credited at the end of the 2011-2012 season or a check will be written out to the family. 

Note if ordering online: The credit amount will show at 100% of the discount from your order. Please remember that only 80% of the credit will go towards the skater’s registration fee and 20% will go to the association to pay for shipping charges and other expenses.

1.      The SCRIP Coordinator will inform families of the delivery date. If you would like to make alternate delivery arrangements please contact the SCRIP Coordinator.

2.      You will be required to sign a receipt and present a photo ID at time of delivery. 

In order to make this program run smoothly throughout the season, we need one volunteer per team to handle SCRIP order distribution for their team.
