Chupp Named Director of Hockey Operations

The Jr. Gamblers are pleased to announce Cody Chupp as the Director of Hockey Operations.  Cody will be responsible for the oversight of the coaching staff and player development for the Jr. Gambler’s teams.  He will develop and maintain relationships within the hockey community and will work to develop and maintain a positive reputation and culture for the Jr. Gamblers organization.   

Cody’s coaching experience includes Utica College and his current position as assistant coach with the USHL Green Bay Gamblers.  As a player Cody earned the distinction at Ferris State University of being one of only two players in school history to be named a two-year captain.  In 2007-08 he made the Hobey Baker Award Watch List as one of the top players in the country. After college Cody played for the Texas Stars and Wilkes-Barre / Scranton Penguins of the AHL. He finished his professional career with the Wheeling Nailers of the ECHL.  

Cody is a Big Rapids, MI native and lives in Green Bay with his wife Hailey.   Please help me welcome Cody and his family to the Jr. Gambler organization.
